Box was fine, it came with a packet of catnip to put into a small capsule in the toy itself. Batteries are included, it worked right out of the box and sounds like a frog (I suppose the other ones have different sounds). Cat likes it and especially loves the catnip! No complaints or issues, shipped fast.
